The relationship with this partner is primarily led through hardware trading and the development of a strategic relationship, but there are multiple opportunities to extend the partnership across operating systems, voice assistant and content

This role is key to achieving our Best for Partnerships objective within BT Consumer

The role will support the Head of Partnerships to scope out, negotiate and implement initiatives across hardware, content and service, that drive revenue and profit for BT and deliver brilliant customer experiences

You will be part of the team that is the single entry point for this partner into BT and represent BT into them

You will implement plans with this partner across BT, working cross functionally with propositions, trading, brand and channel marketing, CS, sales channels and supply chain to deliver the quarterly plans and other new / ongoing initiatives

What youll be doing

You will be responsible implementing key activities and initiatives

Key part of team facilitating a single entry point for the partner into BT Consumer, and single point back to the partner to secure the relationship and optimise commercial opportunities

Scope out the monthly, quarterly, ad hoc and new product launch trading initiatives across hardware, content and service

Negotiate pricing, rebates and marketing activities to deliver the trading initiatives and re-investment targets

Implement, via the cross functional teams, the pricing, promotions, marketing, channel execution and training plans

Collaborate closely with Forecasting and Supply Chain teams to ensure ongoing in-stock position

Support reporting and information sharing activities for internal & external weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews

Undertake post implementation reviews of all promotional activity, and share best practices

Ensure channel compliance for all agreed activity including merchandising, launch execution, frontline engagement, training and adhering to the partners brand guidelines

Identify new opportunities to drive revenue streams

Support CS with customer escalations

Implement process improvements between the partner and BT that benefit our customers

Worked in a multinational partner relationships role
Planned and launched products into sales channels retail, online and telesales
Negotiated commercial agreements with 3rd party companies
Developed business cases
Experience in formulating and executing marketing programmes
