Partner Launch Manager

We are looking for a motivated, data-driven Senior Analyst for our Marketing Operations team The role will be supporting our Affiliate Marketing and Acquisition Marketing channels to help them succeed These channels provide Hotelscom a global presence with various performance marketing partners

You will work directly with partners in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region and serve as their technical point of contact You will have the responsibility to continuously monitor and improve the technical integration of existing partners and onboard new partners More specifically, you will configure and provide API connections, data feeds, tracking, and deep-linking to land customers on Hotelscom

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-growing environment (we like to think of ourselves as a large start-up) with an international and diverse team, and contribute to a world leader in online travel You will solve complex problems, use large amounts of data to drive insights, interact with a broad set of partners and have the ability to influence decision-making This role will be either based in our offices in Hong Kong, Seoul or Tokyo

What youll do

Collaborate with the business development team to create a shared project plan with clear milestones as part of the launch process
Coordinate weekly launch status meetings with partners, business development teams, account managers and the implementation teams to track progress and ensure success
Act as technical point of contact for new partners, helping them integrate with Hotelscom (through APIs and data feeds) and manage through obstacles to successfully launch them You will also be responsible for improving the quality of existing integrations
Closely monitor performance of partners immediately after launch to ensure that any potential issues are identified and resolved quickly
Investigate and resolve any technical problems partners may face You will act as the first line of support for issues, investigate root causes and devise solutions, either independently or with the help of other teams
Work closely with Hotelscom product and technical teams to support our partner marketing tool kit, for example search widgets, co-branding experience, customised landing pages etc

Who you are
Youll fit this role if you have

Bachelors degree or higher with a business, marketing or data background
Several years of experience working in online marketing, operations or related field
Highly proficient in spoken and written English as well as Japanese and/or Korean
Excellent interpersonal skills and you work well within a team
Ability to analyse and interpret large data sets
Highly detail-oriented and dependable
Positive attitude, and a genuine interest in working in a fast-moving, environment and wearing multiple hats as needed
Excellent MS Excel skills, and know your way around other MS Office products (PowerPoint, Word)
Proficiency with APIs and basic to intermediate SQL
Knowledge of Affiliate Networks (Awin, Partnerize, Commission Junction, etc) a plus
Experience with marketing analytics tool (Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics or similar) a plus but not mandatory
