Designation Sales Manager

Type Full-time

Qualification Graduate / post-graduate from any field

Experience Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

Business Development and Sales Planning

- Oversee conversion of high-value leads and close sales deals as per assigned targets

- Devise and implement required strategies for new business development, liaise with clients to communicate PaperTrues value proposition

Team Management

- Lead a team of AMs and Trainers, hold meetings to review performance of AMs, SAs, CSAs and Trainers, devise methods to improve sales results and monitor implementation

- Assign shifts to AMs, Trainers, SAs and CSAs, approve leaves and resolve performance issues, communicate with HR to address personnel problems

- Evaluate manpower requirements based on business forecasts and raise requisitions to ensure availability and induction of qualified personnel in time

Training and Mentoring

- Examine and finalize training material developed by Trainers, suggest changes (wherever required) and recommend new training tools and methodologies

- Discuss appraisals of the sales team with the management and collaborate with HR to execute final decisions

- Monitor team performance, deliver reports and mentor AMs and Trainers to ensure efficiency and productivity

Process Design and Implementation

- Identify process gaps, modify and develop new processes / systems to improve accountability and business results

- Recommend IT systems / infrastructure to enable faster processing of sales tasks and for the generation of MIS reports through relevant automation

MIS / Management Reporting

- Report to the management (quarterly) and update stakeholders about target achievement,KPI compliance and seek process change approvals

- Gather and present weekly sales performance reports to the management and discuss forecasts developed for upcoming periods (weekly, monthly, quarterly)

Required Skills

- Excellent leadership and team building skills, focused on achieving sales targets and ensuring process compliance, with abilities in handling cross-functional responsibilities

- Experienced in sales strategy formulation and business planning An influential communicator, proficient in communicating at all levels of the hierarchy
