As a Sales Manager, you will be required to apply Market Intelligence to identify companies who want a flexible workforce We have of course acquired a set of insights which we will share with you Sales at OysterConnectcom is consultative Because of the uniqueness of our model Sales Managers need to carry out high quality research on potential companies and then put together an innovative, impactful proposition to customers replete with operational details and go to market strategy Customers buy our services if they like our proposition It is a highly strategic role which builds Business Partnerships for a lifetime with high quality customers

OysterConnectcom has worked with marquee customers including Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Unilever, GSK and Nestle The Sales Manager has to leverage this elite customer base to build new partnerships

The specific tasks of the job will be as follows -

- Build own professional network using Linkedin, scan relevant websites and identify potential leads

- Work with the Sr Manager Sales to determine customized value propositions for each potential corporate partner

- Build innovative price - value proposition, closing deals with excellent profitability

- Engage with Key Customers to retain and enhance business

- Be responsible for customer billing and speedy collection

- Build excellent relationships with the internal Project Management team for smooth and timely delivery

- Build and modify sales processes to improve efficiency and transparency

- Come up with short and long term strategies to establish OysterConnectcom as the Project Partner of choice amongst SMEs & Top companies

- Conduct regular research on market and competition and be updated with the latest trends in the industry Enable leaders to make decisions based on data insights/findings

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA or UG from a Premier Institution with 0-3 years of experience

- High on integrity

- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills

- Excellent Interpersonal Skills

- Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines

- Outstanding target orientation

- Creative out of the box thinking

- Ability to understand business model of various companies

- Ability to understand and visualize technological products / features / user flows

- Good understanding of the market; including trends, technologies, products, and players

- Prior experience in Business Research / Financial Research / Corporate Sales / Entrepreneurial setup will be preferred

- Comfortable in handling targets and ensuring 100% achievement

- Ability to manage unstructured projects / environment

- Excellent grip on MS Excel
