The Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Architect will play a key, central role in the successful implementation of Oracles Cloud Human Capital Management solution

The HCM Cloud Technical Architect is an experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of business process management (BPM), human workflow application development, and software development life cycle

The role requires hands-on experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC/OCI Gen2), Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS), Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS), Oracle SOA Cloud Service (SOA CS), Oracle BPM 11g/ 12c Suite, and/or Oracle SOA Suite 11g/ 12c Suite (Service Bus, BPEL, BAM)

The Oracle HCM Cloud Architect will have expert level skills in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Process Will operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs

This role requires a mastery of HCM business processes, a clear understanding of best practices, and experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Experience with Oracle Legacy applications (EBS or PeopleSoft) HCM is a definite plus

This role requires understanding of Cloud architecture and Cloud HCM application security and the ability to understand broad customer requirements, discuss best practice options and communicate with both technical and functional audiences

The Oracle Cloud HCM Architect will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral and will lead workshops with client teams

The Oracle Cloud HCM Architect may also be engaged in support of sales related activities

Generic Skills required

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Architect consultant in the Oracle Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) Client engagement, your specialization will be focused on Cloud HCM architecture, application integration, business process automation, and cloud application development using Oracles HCM Cloud Integration Platform

You will serve in the role of a Cloud HCM Technical Architect and will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, modeling integration, conversion, reporting and other processes You will work with data migration to confirm best practice for customer data You will lead the technical solution design and implementation aspects of projects, ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within the constraints of time and budget

Technical Skills Expected

Expert level hands-on experience required in Oracle HCM Cloud ToolsHDL, HSDL, and PBL Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OIC), Oracle BPM Suite 12c/11g (including human workflow application development, user interface application development utilizing Oracle ADF, and BPMN 20 process modeling), or Oracle SOA Suite 12c/11g (Oracle Service Bus (OSB), BPEL, BAM)
Core Java EE Development/Architecture
Knowledge scripting tools (EL, Groovy, Xpath, Xquery, Javascript)
Experience in Web Services (SOAP & REST using XML/JSON Payloads)
Understanding of Inherent tools and technologies of SaaS Applications (FBDI, BIP, ADFDI, Services in OER, Applications Composer, BIP, etc)
Excellent understanding of Authentication and Authorization solutions inherent in SaaS (HCM, ERP and CX)
skills of Oracle FMW architecture, development and administration
Advanced knowledge of ADF development including the use of various cloud based UI templates/libraries
Advanced knowledge of SOA Suite and its utility in cloud based solutions
Knowledge of BPM Suite in design, development and architecture
Working knowledge of various Oracle PaaS offerings including JCS, ICS, iPaaS, Process Cloud, Mobile Cloud, Document Cloud, Messaging Cloud
Sound Understanding of Business Processes and capabilities within SaaS and across Industries/verticals/processes

Required Experience

Eight (10) years or more total software development, architecture, and solution design experience
Consultant must have at least five (5) years of experience working in Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite technologies, and/or WebLogic Server, OSB development
Strong customer facing, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to build rapport with team members and client

10 years of experience relevant to this position including 5 years of consulting experience Management or team leadership experience preferred Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus Ability to lead large teams Strong influencing and negotiation skills Ability to travel as needed
