In the role of Technology Lead in Oracle HRMS business function, you will interface with customer key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design You will also develop and design applications using broad knowledge of multiple build tools keeping in mind the customers proposed architecture

Location for this position is Indianapolis, IN This position may require 5 PERCENT travel

Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering sessions for complex IT projects and enhancements
Assemble, analyse and represent customer business requirements
Create clear requirements documents and present these to the development team
Ensure that technical specifications cover all business functional requirements
Create robust test plans, ensuring they cover all aspects of the design
Collaborate with business and functional partners to ensure user acceptance testing is conducted in line with Cummins standards

Qualifications

Basic
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred
Minimum 3 years of relevant Technical experience in Oracle EBS HRMS Release 12 Implementation Projects
Strong Oracle EBS Apps technical skills Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, OAF, ADF, Interfaces
Strong Techno-Functional skills in HRMS modules Advance Benefits, Fast Formulas, Self Service, Oracle Training, Third Party Vendor Interfaces, Payroll Interfaces, eTime and HRTM, iRecruitment , Payroll
Good Knowledge in Various Integration Methodologies

Nice to have
Exposure to OBIEE specifically in HRMS areas Exposure to reporting requirements in HRMS area
Working knowledge of OAF/ODI for data integration, BI Apps etc

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face Travel may be required as per the job requirements
