Role overview

As a key part of the digital business intelligence team, the ideal candidate will possess a deep sense of curiosity and a passion for building smarter digital analytics solutions to drive data-based decisions throughout Fidelity International across the globe

Key Responsibilities

Support the needs of a cross functional digital team by analysing digital data to produce reports, insights, actions to drive outcomes
Assist with creating, managing and syndicating digital dashboards across the teams and wider organization to spread best practice
Support Global A/B Testing lead to implement new test ideas across a range of fidelity websites globally
Providing technical expertise to build test ideas across a range of fidelity websites globally, utilising Adobe Target and the wider Adobe ecosystem (Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager, Ad Cloud)
Help quantify the size of the issues/opportunity and assist digital team (and external stakeholders) to build business cases for improvement or further testing / analysis
Responsible for carrying out QA testing on all new test ideas and ensuring all tagging is in place to capture and validate results
Support Global Implementation Lead to ensure we capture and define all analytics requirements and help maintain tagging documentation
Collaborate with digital and technology teams to develop and implement best practices around tagging/ digital analytics deployments Ensure optimal tracking of online properties by using best approaches for deployments allowing us to optimize consumer experience as well as allow for the analysis of the consumer journey
Be proactive in identifying data issues and collaborate with the analytics, technical and technology teams to troubleshoot and solve complex problems in site tagging, implementation and data quality
Be curious, willing and able to investigate/tease out known or suspected issues from internal / external sources, including voice of customer data, website data, backend system data, 3rd party research and internal observations
Evangelising the power of digital data and analytics across Fidelity
Work closely with business, technology and external vendors on integrating and analysing digital data with other business data (eg CRM data, sales data, etc)

Experience and Qualifications Required

2-3 years of industry experience
Working Knowledge of Digital Analytics platforms (eg Adobe Analytics, Google analytics) and A/B Testing tools (eg Adobe Target, Optimizely)
Exposure to Tag Management tools (eg Ensighten, Tealium, GTM)
Experience in Analytics/Measurement Operations/Tracking field or consulting roles with focus on digital analytics implementations
Functional knowledge of client-side development in JavaScript and front-end debugging (JQuery and JSON skills)
Knowledge of HTML, DOM (Experience capturing data from webpages, scraping data) and exposure to Single Page Applications
Technical Knowledge of web Tagging, or somebody relatively technical to understand and explain tagging requirements, QA, Testing etc
Have an analytical/commercial mindset to understand what we are trying to achieve with tags and measurement optimisation strategy
Digital native with genuine interest and passion for digital media, online marketing, new technologies and digital disruption
Able to work effectively in a cross functional highly matrixed environment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
