Desired Candidate Skills
- Past experience from any Insurance Broker company
- Experience atleast 2 years in insurance field in operations role
- Basic knowledge of insurance products
- Good communication skills
- Good educational background

- Liaison with insurance companies, clients, TPAs, office in-house operations and marketing staff
- Preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports
- Issuing cover notes
- Issuing policies through online portal
- Receiving cases from all the marketing teams & branch
- Ready cases, sent in all companies accordingly
- Tracking policies from all the companies (within TAT)
- Following with TPAs for medi-claim cards
- Following with TPAs for Retail & Corporate CLAIMS
- Follow up with all the companies (PSU & PVT) for claims, cards etc
- Arrange quotes from PSU & PVT Companies (formotor, medi-claim, travel, fire, burglary, marine, Group Medical Policy, Group Personal Accident, Misc, etc)
- Coordinate with Inspection agencies for Inspections
- Coordinate with clients, companies & marketing staff of the company
- Renewals notices to be given to concerned person
- Claim follow up (Retail as well as corporate)
- Coordinate with all executives/field boys
- Preparing MIS
- Commission follow up
- Commission reconciliations
