Job Profile & Responsibilities Acuwealth is looking for an energetic individual to provide operational support to ensure that we provide quality service to our customers

The Operations Analyst will work directly with the founders to understand the customer needs, obtain relevant information with the end customers as well as to interact with different financial services providers (FSP) like mutual funds and insurance companies The key responsibilities include the following

Support for maintaining information about the various financial services products and relevant customer information
Fill out relevant information for various product applications prior to submission to the FSP (this will include visits to client premises in Chennai)
Liaison with the FSP to ensure that the applications are submitted on time (this will include outdoor visits to the FSP offices in Chennai)

MIS report preparation covering practice performance and individual client performance

Candidates Profile

An energetic individual with the willingness to travel within Chennai to meet customers and FSPs (this is not a desk job and the candidate must be willing to travel outside the office)

Experience 0 to 5 years of experiences preferably in financial services Prior exposure to mutual funds/insurance is desirable (but it is not a pre-requisite) The candidate must be willing to learn

Educational qualifications bachelor/masters degree in finance/accounting (BBA/Bcom/BA (economics)/MBA)

Attention to detail as financial information will need to be entered accurately

Ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel) is a must

Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory as the job involves interaction with senior professionals

Interest in learning new technologies is a welcome/desirable attribute

Salary Compensation will not be a constraint for the right candidate On par with the industry standards
