Job Role

Make calls on the leads received through Online Form Filling or Missed Calls or Toll Free SMS’s received from the interested buyers

Understand the need of the customer & suggest an insurance policy over the phone - it may be a life insurance or health insurance or general insurance (vehicle)

Follow up with respective departments to solve the customer query about the product and follow up with the customer on time to time basis untill the call is closed

Achieve basic targets and earn incentives

10 am to 7 pm & 11 am to 8 pm Job

 

 

 

No Of days working Monday to Friday + Saturday Half Day / Sunday fix off

 

Desired Profile & Key Skills Required

Graduate Pass, Post Graduate Appeared or Pass, Fresher, Experience in BPO - Outbound, grammatically correct English - written & oral, Basic computer skills, Typing speed of atleast 20 wpm, basic knowledge about Customer Service & Telesales

  • Achieve set targets on various operational metrics like

  • Managing irate customers and complaint calls

  • Western line candidates preferred

  • 830 AM to 1 PM or 530 PM to 10 PM


  • Candidates receive an additional 100/- shift allowance for any shift done per day
