Responsibilities

- Build strategic business partnership and healthy business relationship with e-Commerce platform and offline Channel;

- Be responsible for business plans, demand plans and P&L;

- Develop and implement digital marketing plans in E-commerce platform;

- Exclusive and mass tie-ups with partners to maximize OnePluss revenue, growth and visibility

- Keep updated with market and competition landscape, Product specs, function Price and promotions;

- Ensure consistent growth in market penetration & Brand visibility across the region

- Work together with service team on pre/after sales service and replacements across channels and work with the support team towards minimizing the same;

- Maintain Weekly/Monthly reports of platform Purchase & Sales for internal sales analysis

Requirements

Education Bachelors degree or higher

Language Excellent oral and written skill in English; Speaking and understanding of Chinese Mandarin will be an advantage;

- At least 5 years- experience in consumer electronic industry, good understanding of smart phone, TV and smart hardware products;

- At least 3 years experiences handling brand (sales or marketing role) on major E-commerce platform (Amazon/Flipkart)

- Strong skills in client management and channel management;

- Interpersonal communication and team work across different function groups;

- Strong sense of urgency to drive business consistently

- Work base in Bangalore, can travel national wide about 50% of work time;
