Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities

- Oversee day to day operations which will include installations of play device on vehicles, handle walkin issues related to it and inventory management

- Assessments, Performance reviews, capacity planning across sites in the city

- Set up standard operating processes and quality control processes and review them monthly

- Define SLAs,TATs and service quality expectations from the team

- Put in place key metrics to track and follow them regularly

- Train, Supervise and guide manpower working under

- Ensure daily reports are updated on time

- Assist Manager in planning and execution to achieve set targets

Experience & Skills

- 4 years of relevant Ops management experience

- Strong team management skills required - especially to deal with less educated, entrepreneurial driver partners

- English & Hindi Knowledge must; local vernacular language preferred in regions where important

- We are looking for go-getters, with high drive and ownership

- Candidate should demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced, hyper-normal growth environment

- Handled a target driven sales force / Leadership capabilities
