Job Description:

Here is an opportunity to work closely with the CXO team, in one of the fastest growing chain of IVF centers in a sunrise single specialty sector

Role Executive Assistant/Analyst reporting directly to Founder CEO/Managing Director

Job location Hyderabad

Your job responsibilities would majorly focus on the business & CEOs office initiatives as detailed below

Business Function

- Provide assessments to the management team indicating business opportunities and critical success factors

- External interfacing - representing the CEOs office

- Recommend actions by analyzing, interpreting data and making comparative analysis

- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking

- Analyze financial data and create financial models

- Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, valuation and forecasting

- Market/industry & competitors analysis

- M&A Activity due diligence, conduct pre and post diligence checks, SWOT analysis

- Prepare business case for any acquisition/new business development/project

- Build financial and valuation models, carry out company valuations

- Analyze financials statements of potential Targets

- Integration planning & execution

- Post acquisition/merger integration

- Build a repeatable integration model

Administration Function

- Assist the CEO with daily administrative tasks with the help of the secretarial desk like managing the appointment calendar, completing financial reports, preparing correspondence, business proposals, travel plans and agendas, compiling documents for meetings

- Communicate directly and on behalf of CEO with the Board members, Investors, and others on matters related to scheduled initiatives or as directed

- Prepare and edit correspondence, organization announcements, presentations and other documents as required

- Collect, analyze, consolidate information and prepare reports

- Organize and coordinate leadership meetings

- Ensure information controls, back-up and recovery strategies are in order

- Use initiative and judgment within established guidelines

Itll be nice in case you have



- Experience in the healthcare sector

- Understanding of healthcare information systems, accounting systems will be a plus

- Experience working for a Big 4 consultancy

You must possess Knowledge in

- Advance excel skills, macros, financial Expert Level

- Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, and PowerPoint

Also you must have

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills

- Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills

- Strong organizational, problem solving skills, attention to detail

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to prioritize and do multiple tasks seamlessly

- Ability to work independently and with professional discretion

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior leaders and external partners

- Ability to manage projects, work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines

- Analytical abilities

- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, staff, board members, external partners
