Job Description:

Key Responsibilities -

New business acquisition focused on large portfolio accounts
Connect with CFO, CHRO, CPO, BHs to acquire new business
Identify important clients and work towards acquiring business from them
Will manage a team of 2 to 3 members and have a target of upto 1 Cr

Competencies and Skills -

Good English communication skills with ability to multitask
Confident and aggressive Sales and Business Development professionals with demonstrable sales experiences of at least 11-15 years and should have handled corporate sales either in current/previous roles
Exposure in mining and hunting of Large portfolio accounts
Go getter with ability to work under pressure
Behavioral skills Confidence, Persistency, Maturity, Adaptability, Assertive, proactive
Knowledge skills Sales & marketing , Highly analytical, Good presentation skills
Should be mature and level headed
