Designation Key Account Manager - B2B Sales (Retail Business)

Reporting to Sales & Mktg Head- Retail Business

Location Sarjapur Main Rd, Bangalore

You would be responsible for

- Create new Business independently by identify and acquire new large corporate, SME customers directly or in close cooperation with Business Team

- Develop B2B Business plans, long-term objectives and Sales pipeline

- Work closely with the Field Sales teams to drive high quality, cost-effective on ground execution

- Building a cash management solution to Corporate by

- Segment-wise targets which need cash to a digital solution, especially where there is geographical dispersion

- Identify the key pinpoints or problems a Corporate face in managing cash at the field level

- Understand the cost of managing cash for these companies

- The solution both in terms of efficiency and cost which interests the client to go ahead with the offer

- Please review all the reports to be sent out as per the KAM process and ensure that any queries related to them addressed on a timely basis

- Map and maintain a database of all stakeholders in the account

Your typical day at work

- Present the quarterly plan with OKRs to the Executive Team, on B2B Sales focusing on segment-wise cash management solutions which need to be built from scratch

- Manage relationship with the existing accounts to drive more GMV every month

- Work with the Regional Sales team to set up a Distribution network to honour the services committed to Key Accounts

- Lead generation through various sources, including social media marketing

- Manage all agreements, renewals and price revisions with existing and new customers

- Interface with product management to provide the customer feedback and market intelligence based on interactions with the Customer

What we expect from you

- A B2B Salesperson with a firm belief in Execution excellence

- Have own proven track record in sales and relationship management to large corporate, SME accounts with CXO level interactions

- You should excel in analytical skills and data-driven

- Have a big audacious dream in your heart, and a twinkle in your eye

What we would also like

- MBA preferably from a Tier 1 college

- Experience of 5 - 10 years, preferably in Payment gateway, MFI- s, lending, CMS or Retail Banking

- Good command of English language with the ability to communicate complex ideas through simple words

- Excellent presentation preparation and delivery skills

- Brownie points if you excel in something apart from work
