Brand Manager Ninjacart

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for adapting a brand strategy for the companys target market As the brand guardian, you have to maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications and should manage the portfolio of products

Roles & Responsibilities

- Preparing brand guidelines and developing the brand portfolio

- Stakeholder management

- Liasing with agencies when required

- Managing a team of 4-5 members, including marketing ops, content and graphic designers

- Liasing and working closely with PR/Corpcomm team with collaterals and deliverables

- Designing communication strategy and deploying elements across all mediums

- Optimal use of assigned budget to ensure brand imperatives are met

- Preparing brand strategy, including setting of style guides, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term

- Planning& executing of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media

- Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding


- 2 to 3 years of experience in Brand Management

- Self-starter, 100% ownership and unshakeable enthusiasm

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Team handled experience

- Should possess strong willingness to work and get stuff done and strong work ethics

- Has relentless focus, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask while working in a highly charged environment
