Job Description:

Serves as primary support of network operations by managing customer devices and end-to-end services, identifying sources of problems, and resolving configuration issues
Monitor elements, fault identification and management, performance reporting, real-time performance tuning, and capacity planning and analysis
Engages equipment and service vendors to support network operations
Deliver service level reporting to client on performance
Responds to and may implement client requests and notifies them of network problems and the impact on customers business
Acts on clients behalf in handling network problems and changes

Roles and Responsibilities
The Operations Management function supports Lowes customer The Operations Management function is responsible for
a) Managing and documenting AT&Ts overall operational performance Conducting operations management leadership meetings
b) Escalating performance issues regarding the Services to the appropriate Lowes and/or AT&T point of contact(s)
c) Overseeing Incident and problem management Tracking chronic issues assess progress on remediation plans
d) Working with Lowes to drive process improvements and plan the implementation of such changes
e) Understanding Lowes strategic business direction, market and competitive environment Develop account-specific plans on an annual basis
f) Providing a single point of contact for Lowes internal and external teams Hosting regular Lowes service quality review calls
g) Establishing an advocacy process to address issues with the Services identified by Lowes

Working Hours (4PM - 1AM US EST) with flexibility to work out of hours when required to support customer needs

Salary for Slovakia from 3460 gross per month Actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience
