Key Skills

- Installation of operating system Windows 7/8/81/10 and server Editions

- Troubleshooting the hardware and installing the Drivers

- Provide technical assistance in identifying, resolving, and repairing network problems

- Management of Hardware and Software Setting up the LAN and network connections

- Configuring & maintain LAN, Creating User mail accounts in the Domain accounts

- Troubleshoot Network Printer problem

- Working knowledge of Internet/LAN networking protocols

- Attending calls at users work place that has been reported

- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated users inquiries

- Maintain and document all escalated inquiries and users reported problem in The OTRS-tracking database

- Ensuring timely service delivery with the maintenance and monitoring of the workflow

- Troubleshooting the problems on (Desktop or Laptops) Maintenance, Configuration, Backing-up data- s, Virus Removal,Patch updates, Configuring Email and Internet Accounts

- Dealing with wide verity of Internet applications and other miscellaneous Software and Hardware problems Support and troubleshooting on cloud based systems
