NetSuite ERP Solution Consultant (Presales) - 19001ALP

Preferred Qualifications

The Solution Consultant role is responsible to meet quarterly and annual quota objectives working in tandem with the Sales organization As a member of this team you will add value throughout the sales process in the areas of requirements analysis, solution development, in depth product demonstrations, to transition to professional services This role is the trusted advisor for presenting the NetSuite solution to software clients during the sales process An ability to understand business process flow with strong technical and presentation skills is essential for success in this role

Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize sales opportunities in the Product & Services based verticals - Wholesale Distribution, Manufacturing and Projects Key vertical will be project related vertical

Clearly articulate the benefits of NetSuites applications to all levels including line of business managers and C level executives

Provide input to other cross-functional departments pertaining to prospect requests and product enhancements as needed

Maintain account and opportunity updates within our internal sales force automation system to manage and prioritize sales opportunities

Develop, present and deliver high-impact demonstrations of the NetSuite solution on a daily basis

Perform needs gather and requirement analysis for new customers

Qualifications/Skills
6 12 years in a comparable pre-sales position supporting the sales cycle for deals in ERP, CRM, Professional Services Automation (PSA) and SCM applications for organizations preferred
Must have experience with financial application package and thorough understanding of accounting principles
Must have experience with project related industries (eg professional services, project manufacturing, construction, etc)
Previous application experience in one or more of the following desired
NetSuite, SAP, Oracle e-Business Suite, Infor, Accumetica, PeopleSoft, Epicor, MicroSoft, JDEdwards, QAD

Solid presentation and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of increasing deal size and accelerating the buying process
Successful quota achievement
Degree in Accounting Related and equivalent applicable work experience

Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell

As a Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization 3 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience 7 years business experience with relevant computer applications or database/tools Ability to implement the most advanced product features Thorough knowledge of system and application design In depth knowledge of competitors Demonstrated project management skills Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication Ability to travel as needed A/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable
