Position Title Manager/Senior Manager

Experience 6-8 Yrs

Location Preferred Mumbai however can be Delhi

Travelling Frequent Travelling involved

Job Purpose

- This role is an important position in the organization as it ensures business continuity through right forecasting, manning and engagement of talent across various lifecycle stages

Key Accountabilities

- Prepare the annual manpower forecasts applying appropriate productivity models and by deeply engaging with business teams

- Ensure timely closure of open positions at all levels through diverse hiring channels

- Managing campus relations and create innovative employer brand building initiatives at various academic institutes of interest

- Will be responsible for managing the talent acquisition budgets through cost effective hiring strategies

- Manage the end to end recruitment process including Pre Boarding, On-boarding and Induction

- Process adherence - Nil observations in Audit

- Manage various hiring partners and include market intelligence in recruitment reports

- Supervise HR Onboarding operational actions and Day 1 joining requirements

- Plan and execute Talent Engagement strategies across NCDEX to ensure continuous improvement in the employee experience at all lifecycle stages

- Prepare and present HR analytics and dashboards on Talent Hiring

- Responsible for preparation of Process Audit & Compliance related documents

Educational Qualification & Certifications

- MBA HR(Full Time only)

- Candidates with BCom / BSc Agriculture preferred

Domain Knowledge & Skills

- Knowledge of managing campus relations and building on employer branding amongst millennials / Gen Z

- Strong functional understanding of talent engagement practices across various diverse demographics

- Should have experience of participation in at least 1 external benchmark study - CII HR Excellence / GPTW / Best Employer / such others

- Complete knowledge and awareness of latest hiring trends in the industry

- Ability to prepare workflows, SOPs and Process Audit documents

- Should possess the skill of presenting data inferences through advanced application of macro based Excel

- Need to have experience of manpower forecasting models
