National Training Head with Leading Cosmetic Brand




- We are urgently hiring for National Training Head with Leading Retail Brand- Delhi

- Candidate must have Minimum 12 Years of experience of providing Training to Store Team and Corporate Employees

- Candidate must have experience in Retail Training

Preferred Industry Cosmetics Brands or Fashion Retail(Apparel or Accessories)

- Outstation candidates can also Apply

Job Role

- Will be responsible for National Delivery & Training Operations including total implementation of processes & systems in the delivery vertical

- Should have Strong Managerial & Administrative Qualities

- Will be responsible & involved in the selection & training of Trainers & Training Executives/Coordinators PAN India

- Ensuring optimum utilization of resources & co-ordination with other Departments

- Regular visits to the centers PAN India

- Responsible for putting students in the batches after Admission
