Product Personal Loan Partner App

Base Location Mumbai

Background Organisation is planning to launch a partner app to enable anyone to refer leads for PL business The app will ensure digital on boarding of partners as well as seamless journey of digital approval of customers referred The customers will be sourced for salaried Personal loans as well as for small ticket self-employed Personal Loans

Key Responsibilities

- Create and deploy strategic levers to drive User Acquisition and Engagement programs on the app

- Hire and drive the distribution team to do focus campaigns to advertise the partner app, on board new partners and activate the on boarded partners

- To hire and manage the FOS distribution team which will work on closing part of the leads which couldnt be fulfilled digitally

- Lead and manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning for on boarding new partners on the PL Partner app

- Work with the product team to extract higher efficiencies and continuously improving outcomes from partners such as Google/FB/ or other platforms


- Post-Graduation Degree with a reputed institute

- 13+ years of sales experience/ new channel onboarding

- Ability to influence stakeholders with diverse points of view

- Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills

- Ability to prioritize projects and efforts according to business need and industry trends

- Demonstrable experience working in retail banking, payments, e/m-commerce, online and mobile platforms
