Origin Consultants Pvt Ltd has been retained by A Leading Provider of Creative, Cutting-Edge Technology Solutions to identify National Sales Manager Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence Practice (DWH & BI) to be based at their Corporate Office in Chennai



As National Sales Manager Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence Practice (DWH & BI) your responsibilities include the following

Taking ownership for entire sales lifecycle from Leads to Closure, determine and execute appropriate sales strategies for the Companys DWH & BI Practice in accordance with the Companys consolidated strategy and required financial and operational targets
Determine critical success factors for new client acquisition, negotiate and close business to ensure that Country Sales targets are achieved
Meeting the national sales targets in the defined market and business segments (DWH & BI Practice) Managing the companys DWH & BI Practice existing key accounts and mining the accounts for growth including cross sell and up sell
Identify new business development opportunities for the DWH & BI Practice through ensuring a healthy pipeline / funnel of prospects
Manage the preparation of the budgets, reports, forecasts and performance and ensure they are presented in a timely manner
Ensure the continued development of the Companys DWH & BI Practice client base by actively managing the expansion of products and services into new markets in line with the companys ambitions
Ensure that regular and relevant communication is made with potential clients across each of the markets in which the Company provides its products and services
Coordinate with marketing resources for campaigns, events and collaterals to support DWH & BI Practice sales activities and plans
Willingness to travel as needed to generate business both within India and abroad
Managing relationship with Principals

Desired Candidate Profile

BE / MBA with 8 to 12 years of experience out of which 5 years of experience in the recent years in Corporate Sales
Hands on Sales experience preferably in international markets for Software Services / ERP or packaged applications and Solutions
In recent years should have some managerial experience in terms of leading a small team
Must be self-driven and proactive should be able to own deliverables and commitments and need minimal supervision
Must have high levels of integrity and should be the kind who builds trust based relationships with prospects and customers
Should be knowledgeably about the products and services he or she sells and be able to sell value to clients
Must have good knowledge of competitor products and services
Must bring solid sales skills opportunity creation, negotiation and closure, objection handling, etc and familiarity in managing Sales funnel and pipeline
Must have the stature and confidence to interact directly with CXOs (CEO, COO, CFO, CPO and CMO in particular) of medium to large enterprises and build trust and confidence with them
