Job Description:

A fast growing Pharmaceutical Company, established in marketing niche products seeks National Sales Head to be based in Mumbai

Education BSc, Msc with MBA ( as an added advantage)

Experience - minimum 12 years - hands-on experience at least at a zonal head is essential

Location Mumbai

Candidates with exposure on South, West and North zones can also apply

Roles and Responsibilites

1 To head a strong team of close to 150, on Pan Indian basis

2 Efficient in establishing relationships with key customers

3 Achieve and surpass volume and value targets

4 Dealer and distributor management, local marketing activities

5 Directly responsible to deliver sales growth as per the organizations objectives

6 Handle large turnover and therefore commercial skills and business acumen of high level is required

7 Creating large brands through various on-ground activities

8 Enable field force to achieve targets and incentives

9 As a head of entire sales team shall be responsible for training - on ground and off ground

10 Wotk had in hand with marketing team to arrive at brand positioning and identifying prospects

11 Ensure a discipline in the fielfd fore

12 Creating leaders
