Products and services that break new ground deserve sales people who do the same Thats where our North America Channel Sales team comes in National Account Managers play a key role in growing business for Dell Assigned to 1-3 of our largest partners in North America, theyre responsible for winning the hearts and minds of the partners sales and technical team members on behalf of Dell Technologies

The National Account Manager (NAM) is a field-based individual contributor in the National Solution Provider team They are responsible for

Partner Account Planning
Partner Relationship, Strategy, Enablement, Business Development and Management to create Partner preference for Dell Technologies including our strategically aligned businesses
Train and enable partner sales and technical reps on solutions selling strategy, customer-facing activities, sales plays, etc
Understand the competitive landscape and develop initiatives that put Dell Technologies in the best position to win
Drive and manage Partner Performance on Business KPIs and Partner Programs
Drive interlock, collaboration and lead strong engagements between Partner, End-user sales teams and internal Dell Technologies teams across segment and specialty sales

They will achieve these goals alongside dedicated partner teams by establishing relationships with their partner, executing to equitable revenue/margin quotas, and attaining all established efficiency metrics that satisfy all segment/corporate initiatives while driving a positive overall customer experience

Requirements

Ability to effectively work in a large and matrixed team environment
Manage time and prioritize effectively; demonstrate an ability to cope with a complex and changing environment
Typically requires 5 years of related experience in a relationship, field-based selling role with Bachelors degree
