Roles and responsibilities

This role plans, directs and co-ordinates the Compensation and Benefits activities for Myntra Jabong As a key subject matter expert of the Compensation and Benefits functions; the role provides insights, consultation and advice to Human Resources Business Partners and the senior business leaders as required

Key Accountabilities

- Conduct analysis and provides support to the development and implementation of rewards program for meeting business requirements, market competitiveness, and statutory compliance

- Recommend and implement changes to current practice based on latest market trends and total rewards best practices to ensure the organization stays competitive in the market and industry

- Evaluate total rewards programs at the direction of leadership on a frequent basis to cope with the market changes

- Negotiate coverage services and costs with carriers to minimize expense associated with the overall benefits package

- Responsible for implementing regulatory and compliance matters if they are related to compensation and benefits functions

- Cultivate a thorough understanding of the total rewards framework of the Company by offering guidance and education to HR team and/or senior business managers with regard to compensation and benefits programs and philosophies

- Strengthen the communication in the area of total rewards to establish better understanding from senior stakeholders down to individual employees level

- Partner with Human Resources business partners to ensure timely and effective communication, and implementation of HR policies and practices

Qualifications and Experience

- MBA with 10+ years work experience in compensation and benefit

- Strong numerical analytical capabilities and be able to deduce logical conclusions through interpreting the data

- Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills with strong presentation skills

- High degree of integrity and confidentiality

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Ability to use discretion and deal effectively with uncertainty, change and ambiguity

- Well versed in India Employment related legislations

- Organized and results focused
