Purpose of Role

As part of the companys digitalization initiative Mondelez is seeking to create a global hub for Finance/Tax related Shared Services in Mumbai In that context the Manager Business Reporting Digitalization will be responsible for various Finance/Tax related systems, software and applications on global level In this role the incumbent will also manage global finance digitalization projects from end to end

Main Responsibilities

- Manage Finance/Tax related systems and applications on global level

- Translate business needs into systems requirement and manage the implementation of new as well as the configuration and customizing of existing systems and applications

- Lead digitalization projects from a shared services perspective and manage the respective implementations of applications and procedures

- Oversees the quality and appropriateness of the work performed and the achievement of measurable business benefits on various IS Projects and enhancements

- Partner with the Project Management Office to deliver the portfolio projects for Information Business Services in Finance and Tax

- Manage and identify the resources necessary for all phases of solution development, ensuring that scope, schedule, financial and quality targets are met

- Evaluate, propose and initiate process improvement activities or solutions

Career Experiences Required & Role Implications

- Sound knowledge of Finance/Tax system, and at least 5 years working experience in this area

- Good level of MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point

- Proven track record in providing superior support and driving teams to successful project delivery

- Experience presenting solutions to senior business leaders and working collaboratively to find optimal solution

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and leadership skills

- Ability to work in teams in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment

- Flexibility on changing priorities and meeting deadlines
