Roles and Responsibilities

- Responsible to lead business development efforts for North India

- Build business development strategy for the region - Sizing, Segmentation, Roadmap

- Actively manage the entire sales process from lead generation to onboarding

- Build and Manage the sales practice for the region

- Quick learner to stay on top of recent developments

- Ability to map-customer requirements with product roadmap and contribute in driving product development efforts

- Getting new accounts onboarded and managing / growing Key Accounts

- Manage customer relationship, including escalations

- Mentoring team to achieve sales targets for the region

- Experience of working with Supply Chain / Technology Sectors

- Experience in selling Enterprise SaaS Solutions to Indian customers

- Experience of working in a start-up / growing organization


- New Meetings/ Existing meetings/ Relationships Managed / No & Value of Deal closed/ Pilot Simulation managed / % Conversion / Lead Time for Conversion / Revenue & Profitability of Portfolio

Educational Qualification

- Pref SP JAIN / XLRI / NITIE- BE / MBA or Equivalent

Qualifications BE / MBA or Equivalent
