Job Description:

Role Objective We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges He would be expected to own P&L for a set of accounts and Hunt for new accounts and lead a team of 2 - 3 Operations & BD personnel

Roles and Responsibilities

- P&L - Account Management and/or Hunting - Getting relevant B2B customers on board, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts

- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement

- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth - Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rates - Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables

Qualification and Experience Required

- Work Experience 3-8 years of experience in Enterprise/ B2B sales, Account management, Industrial sales

- Experience in FMCG/FMCD/Manufacturing/E-Commerce/Production Industries is desired

- Start-up experience would be an added advantage

Knowledge / Skills

- Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry

- Knowledge of/prior experience in Chennai markets and fluency in Tamil (good to have)

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch

Education Btech & MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute
