Proposed Immediate Superior COO, Consumer Retail Centre Operations

Operational Excellence Retail Centre Operations Manager_ South

What story will you write?

- Individual should ensure operations of the centers across South India occur with extremely high customer centricity, while following all operating procedures

- Maintain, either personally or through a team, seamless BAU operations of South India Retail centers (from technical and non-technical perspective), Security controls, Company level controls and compliance measures

- Have a proactive work ethic, unbending moral code and the ability to think analytically

- Streamline processes, Check and Control on adherence of the SOPs for the South India Retail center operations

- Improve efficiency by leveraging technology in BAU Operations with the help of IT Team

- Review South India Retail center wise P&L and help in cost minimization, innovation through process improvements & efficiencies (including Inventory management)

- Help in mitigating risk by identifying the process gaps and escalating the same on immediate basis to COO, Retail Centre Operations

- Support in establishment of new Retail centers and overall expansion of Retail center model

- Strong oral and written communication skills are also crucial in conveying important information to management, employees and outside agencies (if required)

- Must have very good Interpersonal Skills amongst the rest of the Retail Centre Team, must induce Customer care methodology and always build the positive corporate image for the company

- Audit the stock maintained at Retail Centers/Vault as compared to the Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports

- Must report all findings to the COO Retail Centre Operations with recommendations for improvement, and upon approval, implement strategies to induce such change

- Individual must ascertain Training needs of employees for the Retail Centre

- Provide valuable inputs for Skill Training which helps Continuous Learning and Growth Prospective for Retail Centre Staff

- Frame training modules with help of the Internal Learning and Development Team

- Support in establishing operating rhythm, people board, people development and risk management activities

- Develop, Train and Manage a cohesive team to support the overall objective of the organization

- Outline the organizations code of ethic and train staff on best practices

- Candidates who can speak and understand multiple South Indian languages & open to travel will be given preference
