Closely work with authorities and end users to ensure efficient delivery and governance of messaging services
Utilize working knowledge of Clustering and other high availability technologies for incidence resolutions
Design, deploy, and solve problems related to Exchange 2016 and Office 365 hybrid environment
Perform issue resolutions in Windows Server operating systems (Windows 2000, 2003, 2008), along with performance monitoring and tuning

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 4 years experience in System Administration of Windows 2000 / 2003 / 2008 Servers
Experience in handling Microsoft Systems in a 24x7 environment
Manage mid to enterprise Microsoft Environments, with specialization in MS Exchange, Active Directory and Group policies
Hands-on working experience of scripting for use within MS environments and enterprise level products like Outlook client configuration and troubleshooting, Exchange Calendar issues
Proven ability to support email migration and archiving solutions on Windows Server 2008 R2 Server 2016
Demonstrated expertise in publishing health status reports, remediation steps and timelines to IT Service Management while performing root cause analysis and implement preventative solutions
Prior experience in interacting with Service Desk, Desktop, Network, Systems Administration and Business Applications Support teams
Proficient in participating customer team meetings to gather business and technical requirements

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Exchange Server Certifications (ie, designing and deploying Microsoft exchange server 2016, advanced solutions of MSFT exchange server)
Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals
Ability to manage change and work under short timeliness for delivery
Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
