Job Description:

1 Good technical troubleshooting, interpersonal skills

2 Provide Tier 1 support for Messaging server related issues as required

3 Candidate shall be open to work in stretched shifts, 24X7 shift, odd working hours and weekends as per the work requirements

4 Provides direct technical support in Troubleshooting, the solution for global infrastructure

5 Proactive and reactive monitoring system alerts and act according to that

6 Escalate/Engage L2/l3 for high priority/P1 issues

7 Messaging Server & Client Working knowledge of Outlook, troubleshoot NDRs, Analyze the message header, Delegate permission, recovering deleted items, Outlook rules and Free/busy,

8 Email ID creation, User activation & deactivation

9 Provisioning new Users Mailbox, DL, Shared Mailbox etc

10 Manage/ Support on premise exchange, Knowledge of email archiving solution is plus

11 Monitor Exchange message queues, resolve non- deliveries, perform message tracking and record status/ findings in daily operations log

12 Good hands on experience on Enterprise class HP / DELL / IBM / CISCO(tower and blade technology) systems

13 Strict Adherence to use of the ticketing system for All incidents, changes and problems

14 Execute Monthly patch management research, reports and Implementation on system Infrastructure

15 Should possess good product and domain knowledge

16 Should have knowledge of FIM/MIM

17 Perform task like

a Get the OneDrive for Business Sync Client

b Get started with the Sync Client

c Set up OneDrive on an iPhone or iPad

d Let users to share files externally

e Fix OneDrive for Business sync problems

f Let users contact external users

g Let users contact Skype users

h Set up Skype for Business Online

i Emergency termination requests

j Reassign account content ownership

18 Knowledge of mobile device technology and operating systems (Android, iOS)

19 MDM security profiles/groups and user account management

20 Creation, maintaining and distributing profiles and rules to remotely apply/enforce device settings

21 Ability to monitor and prioritize the issues
