Job Description:

1 Identify actionable insights to maximize revenue and profits as well as yield optimization

2 Define campaign objectives (for growth) in alignment with the business objectives

3 Build hypothesis for growth basis insights emerging from historic data

4 Develop blueprint for effective campaigns basis the insights emerging out of consumer patterns to achieve growth targets

5 Measure campaign outcome and refine objectives basis insights

6 Assess insights regarding retention & conversion rates for all the marketing channels & improve the same

7 Partner with the product team to launch growth impacting features/product-based campaigns

8 Review retention and conversion rates to derive patterns basis data

9 Own and maintain a data-oriented framework for decision making along with tracking progress of marketing & product functions

10 Conduct content analysis and provide recommendation to respective teams for building effective creatives

11 Monitor competition on various aspects of their digital presence and growth via digital channels

12 Build insights and improve performance of all online marketing channels (eg emails, app notifications, Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Facebook, etc)

13 Leverage analytics to analyze the as-is business scenario and communicate insights to key stakeholders

14 Ensure there are no quality misses in the entire process and accurate information is delivered
