Job Description:




- Monthly patching strategies for windows clients and servers by Identifying available patches or threats

- 5-7 years- experience with Microsoft Patching


- To be responsible for Antivirus Management


- Able to work extra/off hours as needs dictate

- Ready to work in 24- 7 support - required

- Performs other duties as assigned

Type and duration of previous experience

- 8 - 10 years of strong experience in administrating enterprise anti-virus software, specifically McAfee

- Must have had daily McAfee hands on technical experience in working with and supporting end point customers and using MA, VSE, HIPS, DE, FRP, and reading reports in ePO

Technical knowledge

- Must have good experience working in managing End Point Security Estate & Products (Antivirus/Antimalware basic to Advance level of support)security

- Operations enterprise security applications performing administration, implementation, configuration, upgrading, and policy creation

- Experience in working in a large organization with globally distributed personnel, functions and operations

- Strong understanding of End Point Protection technologies like McAfee Antivirus & others Products

- Strong understanding of ITIL process ie Incident, Change, Problem & Major Incident Management would be advantage

- Administration of End Point Security Services

- Experience in investigating the Root Cause for Suspicious Threats and analysing the global threats in the Environment

- Installation & management of Antivirus enterprise console

- Provide proactive assistance to specific products

- Handle critical escalations including malware outbreaks

- Performs day-to-day activities required to administer and deploy McAfee Agent, VSE, HIPS, DE, FRP to all required workstations and servers Centrally manages McAfee related settings using ePO servers

- Manages workstation anti-virus software, DAT, and engineer updates

- Must have experience and knowledge of a broad range of IT technologies, such as, operating systems, hardware, and applications

- Must have experience supporting IT operations and troubleshooting technical issues

- Performs virus scans and updates as scheduled

- Troubleshoots complex issues and provides incident resolution for all related incidents requiring escalated support or subject matter enterprise Some after hours and weekend work is required with this position

- Performs day-to-day activities required to manage and lead the support of incident management related to IT failures of end user hardware, software, and operating systems

- Troubleshoots complex issues and provides incident resolution for all related incidents requiring escalated support or subject matter enterprise within end user OS, hardware, and software, to include, end user equipment, local and network printers, HDD, removable media encryption, GPO settings, server/network based applications Provides supervision and direction as needed to support staff, to include technical direction

- Assist with updating Process and Procedure documentation for End User Technology and Service Desk

- Perform assigned tasks independently
