Technical

- T24 development, implementation & Customization

- T24 QA / QE

- Test Automation (OFS/IBM/HP/Selenium Platforms)

- Performance (IBM/HP/Silk Platforms)

- API testing

Non-Technical

- IT Project/Program Management experience

- Experience working in Retail/Corporate Banking projects

Background and Experience

Mandatory

- Strong T24 Background

- Strong Technical delivery grounding with demonstrated delivery experience in some of both, Technical and non-technical competencies (mentioned Above)

- Below 40 yrs Approx 12-15 years of experience

- IT Service Provider background (not captive or end-user)

- BFS domain should be at least 5 yrs in the last 10 years of experience

- Should have played client facing independent project and program management with at least 25+ member team

- Ability to lead first one or two levels of new conversations with decision makes in QA / QE areas

- Open to short and frequent travel

Nice to Have

- Dedicated QA experience (incl NFT)

- Middle East Regional experience

- Should have carried some conversion accountability in the past
