Overall Objective/Purpose

A senior consultant will lead the assigned customers engagement to formulate key strategies/goals for improving business efficiencies with an consultative approach This will include assessing the organisations business process maturity, gaps and recommending improvements to meet the business goals aligned with the capabilities of Oracles CX portfolio This person will play a key part in the sales processes, to drive the solution aspect supporting the Sales organization including Sales Managers, New Business Managers and Account Managers This position also serves as the primary point of contact for Oracle Customer Experience (CX) & Marketing Cloud prospects and customers evaluating all company products and solutions This role will work across a variety of industries and act as the subject matter expert / authority in the domain

Responsibilities of Role

Support quarterly Management objectives and revenue targets
Assess customers process maturity, articulate and justify the recommendations to the key stakeholders
Plan and execute the functional and technical discovery, architecture & solution, demonstration & presentation
Product & domain enablement for customer, colleagues & business partners; mentorship
Market evangelism & program development

Main Duties

Help shape winning go to market solutions in ANZ based on the strengths of the Oracle CX & Marketing Cloud aligned to the current and future needs of the market
Analyse and evaluate current systems and structures of the organisation and advising on CX improvement areas
Produce a high standard and quality of solution output including Customer CX Assessments & Recommendations; Value based Solution selling to Senior Executives, Proof of Concept /Demos, and Journey Mapping
Respond to technical questions received via RFP and or RFI in an accurate and timely fashion
Conduct functional and technical discovery with business case justifications sessions directly with prospects and customers
Work directly with Sales, Strategic Services, Professional Services and Digital Services to collaborate on and develop the overall Solution Presentation Serve as the technical expert during the sales cycle

Assist in the creation of technical account configuration documentation and technical statements of work Prepare and provide client facing technical follow-up calls and documentation
Participate in Solutions Consulting, Customer Success Management and Product Management meetings to stay up to date on current technical concepts on future product enhancements Attend all company provided technical training sessions
Contribute in detailed qualification of opportunities, formulation of sales strategies and technical approaches and plans Ensure prospect/client satisfaction with all project deliverables

Qualifications & Skills Requirement

Bachelors degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable
Solid experience in AdTech, Presales consulting or Digital Marketing
Experience of DMP (Data Management Platform), CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), web, social, mobile and cross-channel marketing
Possess excellent client-facing skills and experience in dealing with client and technical teams as well as experience in presenting to C-level executives
Ability to work effectively within a highly driven organization
Solid oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied departmental environments
Strong work plan and self-development skills
Knowledge of Web architecture
Knowledge of distributed computing and SaaS concepts
Analysis and design skills of moderate complexity
Understanding of Web Service APIs

As a Master Principal Internet Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction, through on-line/in person sales efforts Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Internet Sales Consultants Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions Develops productivity tools and training for other Internet Sales Consultants Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions Recognized authority and leading contributor responsible for formulating and leading presales technical/functional sales support activity for customers, as well as Oracle community development of resources and solutions based on market needs Approximate percentage of face to face interaction with customers to perform responsibilities is 20 PERCENT

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization 3 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience 7 years business experience with relevant computer applications or database/tools Ability to implement the most advanced product features Thorough knowledge of system and application design In depth knowledge of competitors Demonstrated project management skills Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication Ability to travel as needed BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable
