TrackMyTkt is a Post-booking Airfare Tracking Software Flight prices change all the time Lower price tickets may be available after the tickets are booked We help corporates to re-book the flight tickets when the price drops, cancel the old tickets and save money Our co-founders are serial entrepreneurs and have a track record of building multi-million dollar organizations

FastCollab is looking for a strategic thinker who is extremely analytical and detail-oriented, and great at multitasking and prioritizing This role will don many hats and thus will present opportunities to develop as a multi-skilled professional

- The incumbent will define and execute a strategic vision for marketing the business You will own the creation of all marketing plans including monthly, quarterly and annual plans You will work closely with the sales team to train and elaborate on the value proposition and positioning of our products and provide them with tools to convert prospective leads

- Along with this, you will network & build relationships with relevant B2B partners across industries to leverage each others customer base She/he also needs to ensure that the current accounts are nurtured for revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling

Job Description


- Develop and drive FastCollabs marketing and communications plan to increase brand awareness and engagement, and lead generation goals

- Plan and execute BD/ Sales enablement collateral such as pitch decks, emailer, brochures, website and so on with the help of the content and design teams

- Manage the complete planning and execution of FastCollabs events and conferences

- Leading the on-ground event execution - dealing with all agencies and ensuring procurement of all items within defined timelines

- Track and identify suitable industry events for participation, speaker opportunities, branding opportunities and so on

- Develop effective digital campaigns for the purpose of lead generation, awareness, etc, Proficiency with Google AdWords & Social media Marketing

- Work to ideate monthly content calendars, white papers, research papers, blogs, etc

- Continuously assess the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns and report back to the business on required changes

- Measure what works, what doesnt work, and drive business decisions based on data

- Identifying suitable vendors and work with them for executing events, developing collateral etc

- Collaborate with business and product teams to plan onboarding of new customers

Oversee market research and competitor analysis, staying current on industry shifts, best practices, and trends

Partner Management

- Build trusted, strategic relationships with partners and develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges Understand the partners challenges/opportunities of growth

- Cross-promote new products or features that will have a positive impact on partner relationships

- Assist with partners business goals by proposing optimal and creative solutions

- Responsible for prospecting & anchoring long- term sustainable business through partners

- Plan campaigns with partners to bring incremental volumes from existing accounts & source new accounts

- Support sales & partner team on deals negotiation, re-structuring & closure


- 2-3 years of Marketing experience (MBA is preferred)

- Has been responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns (ATL/ BTL)

- Has worked on developing marketing communication collateral such as brochures, pitch decks, emailers, direct mailers etc

- Has led participation in multiple conferences and events

- Has a fair understanding of online marketing and content marketing

- Experience in the FinTech/ B2B SAAS industry will be a plus

Must-Have Attributes

- Strong creative skills - to be able to actively contribute to planning effective collateral

- Strong understanding of different collateral and what works for each of them

- Understanding on content planning and creation process

- Ability to develop a detailed brief and help the team understand and deliver on the goal outlined

- Must be able to create and analyze data & statistics from different marcomms channels for their effectiveness and for improving marketing strategies

- Should be able to convert stats into useful insights

- Strong collaborative skills to be able to work with different teams within Marketing and other departments

- Strong attention to detail

- Immaculate written and oral communication skills

- Good organization and planning skills
