Job Description:

Job Purpose

To efficiently manage the entire Product portfolio of Test Prep products through their life cycle, to cater to the shifting needs of the customer for business generation and growth

Key Responsibilities

- Create and execute business plans through the academic and product specialist teams, both for offline and online variants

- Prepare and manage the department budget to ensure optimisation

- Responsible for manpower planning for the academic team to ensure high productivity and optimum resource/ faculty utilisation (FT/PT) with excellent service delivery via availability of certified and trained staff across locations all through the year

- Work closely with Product Managers to plan and arrange feasible product customisations/ enrichment/ expansion/ variants and new product development for Test prep including tie-ups, for local market/ customer feedback, trends and demands across geographies

- Control, monitor & quality check and ensure skill & knowledge enhancement for the team through Training & Certification

Experience and Skill Set

- Process Orientation

- Sales Background with 2-3 yrs

- Excellent analytical skills

- Edtech background preferred, exposure to e-commerce

- Product management and marketing experience a must ( BTL/ATL, work with Digital Marketing on campaigns)

- Review market research reports & evaluate competition products for comparative assessment

- Monitor students- performance/ scores both for company-owned and franchisee centres and ensure appropriate changes in the teaching methodologies as needed and to map performance against competition for average score improvement

- Monitor development of training material/ content for various products and ensure renewal/upgradation from time to time Responsible to review for improvements in supplements, workshops, webinar content, websites etc

- Ensure that SOPs are being followed by the team, essentially master trainers are managing the Centre level resources accordingly

- Engage with principle partner TPR for product updates, product requirements, support required and maintain flow of communication with TPR Review TPR website and corporate communication for updates and information

- Ensure escalated student grievances/ complaints are handled within defined SLAs and review for implementation of preventive/corrective measures

- Keep track of Customer feedback - Eval scores, comments and NPS across centres for necessary decision making

- Research and share knowledge of best practices across the regions for minimising crisis, discontinuity of business events and improving faculty performance

- Recommend and support process automation for increase in productivity

- Retain a highly motivated and engaged team and design appropriate incentives and engagement activities Take necessary measures to establish a high ESAT score in the department
