Managing Director - Electrical Equipments and Systems

Our client is a North American company that manufactures a wide range of electrical equipment supporting industries such as solar, oil and gas, mining, steel, waste and water treatment

We are looking at a dynamic professional to spearhhead the growth of the Indian entity -and explore opportunities to be manufacturing facility for the Asia Pacific market

- YOU will have full P & L responsibility that includes Sales, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Quality and Human Resources-not restricted to the below

- Focus on the ongoing improvement of the organizations business model to ensure maximum revenue and profit

- Development and implementation of the annual business plan

- Devising and implementing direct B2B Business strategies and bringing in business from major accounts

- Imbibing a Performance Oriented culture among full team(presently about 250+) and constantly motivating them to achieve & deliver on that

- Developing effective relationships with India personnel and external business partners

We expect you to have

- An Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering degree with 20+ years of overall experience in Electrical industry ( Transformers, Switch Gears, etc)

- Broad business/functional experience with some global experience (multi-national)

- Knowledge and ability to interpret financial reports
