Job description Roles and Responsibilities
You are meant for this job if you have -

  • Role and responsibilities
  • Implement Policies of the Management pertaining to Travel including cab management Implement Management policies and enforce them on ground Formulation of Admin policies and doctrine
    - Advise Management on the latest Govt and statutory body policies and norms from time to time Liaison with statutory bodies Civil /Govt agencies Streamlining the procurement procedures and logistics requirement Conceptualizing the training need of staff Upkeep of records and documents
    - Management of all admin related activities to include Maintenance , House keeping , infra structure , third party staff , kit inventory Expenditure report and summary as per periodicity Monthly/Quarterly/Six monthly/Annual Agreement and Contract including timely renewal Periodic review of expenditures and advise on cost saving measures HIRA Hazard identification and risk analysis Investigation of Security incident and frauds
