- Coordinate training (globally)

- Coordinate recruiting (for lateral hires in India; including managing relationships with recruiting firms)

- Run performance evaluations (globally)

- Run project staffing (globally)

- Consultant onboarding

- Run the mentor program (globally)

- Maintain relevant regulatory compliance

- Coordinate company events (eg town halls, offsites, wellness events)
