Job Description:

Manager - Talent Acquisition

- He / She will be responsible for end to end Recruitment within the specified Turn Around Time

- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (eg , Facebook)

- Craft and send requirement emails to candidates, vendors & to various hiring channels

- Identify qualified/suitable/culture fit candidates profiles using various sourcing techniques

- Screen incoming resumes as per the requirement

- Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests

- Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and to internal Employees

- Coordinate with Panel Members to determine position requirements, Interview Process, Feedbacks

- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs

- To work on new initiatives of recruitment processes, policies, recruitment software implementation etc

- End to End Vendor Management, Payment tracking & follow ups

- Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired

- Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks

- Promote our employer brand online and offline

- Update Company Career Page with new updates

- Maintain/Update candidate databases & Various Recruitment Related Reports, Prepare daily reporting trackers

- Sharing Weekly/Monthly Hiring Updates

Skills Required

- Proven work experience Sourcing/Hiring/Recruitment

- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (eg recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)

- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) or Candidate Management Systems (CMSs), Hiring Reports

- Solid verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates

- Effective time-management abilities

- Able to work under pressure to fulfil the required task

- Good interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, and problem solving skills
