Manager - Social Media Escalations

- Managing entire Complaints and Escalations process including critical sources like, Social Media, CEO Escalations, etc

- Accountable for Email LOB for stringent KPI-such as TAT management and

- Google/NPS scores and ratings

- Managing Facebook, Twitter escalation

- Spearhead campaign on Social Media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram

- Manage Social Media planning for execution of marketing strategies and community management

- Monitor online presence of companys brand and engage with users, strengthening customer relationships
