Responsibilities

1 Sales

a Identification of Business Opportunities and Adding new customers

b Understand the customer requirements and offer suitable products in consultation with NPRD to fulfill the requirements

c Ensure timely collections

d Owning up the sales numbers and drive teams towards achieving overall targets

2 Profitability

a Deliver the expected Gross Margin

b Pricing of new products

c CIP projects - drive internal teams to deliver improvements

3 Marketing

a Market Mapping

b Customer Opportunity Mapping

c Market insights, competition mapping, price benchmarking, market development

d Develop sales support material (Presentations, Brochures, Fliers etc) for sales teams

e Designing & driving events / innovative drives / Brand building

f Track new launches in market

g Product pitching to the customers/internal stakeholders

h Developing and launching new products

4 Customer Focus

a Liasoning with NPRD, operations, Customer Service, SCM, QA, Finance teams

b Customer relationship management / Long term relationship with key customers

5 People Development

a Sales team development and support with training material

b Category team development

6 Product Knowledge

a Develop product and application knowledge

b Drive innovation with the NPRD teams

7 Data and MIS management
