Job Description:

To plan & implement sales interventions and drive schemes incentives for the Postpaid sales team to achieve the budgeted gross additions in the postpaid subscriber base-Monitor & drive 2G & 3G acquisition of Postpaid Customers to achieve business targets-Implement revenue enhancement activities by the team to achieve revenue market share-Ensure all Productivity norms are met as per the CSS by monitoring Channel Management activities-Review Team performance to ensure delivery of high productivity levels-Ensure compliance with Policies & Processes with reference to sales function and engagement & training of team members to keep them up to date with plans & process improvements
Qualifications
MBA full time with above 55 PERCENT in academics throughout Age less than 35 years
