Required for a well-reputed large EdTech organization (higher Education) based in Delhi/NCR and Bangalore The companys mission is to democratize education They provide an online learning platform offering groundbreaking education in fields such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, virtual reality, data science, cloud computing, and cyber security

The organization is looking for a Student support manager/Sr consultant The person will be responsible for managing mentor performance, onboarding and overall functioning of these pieces for their business operations

Required

- Tier 1/ Tier 2 MBA having consulting backgrounds or Btech from top institutes only

- Has 2- 4 years of experience

Tasks and Responsibilities

- Coordinating complex moving pieces across the team, ensuring that our mentor & reviewers sourcing and onboarding process works smoothly and our mentors & reviewers continue to provide a high-quality, personalized service to program participants

- Managing the intake and on-boarding of new mentors & reviewers, which includes

Executing mentor identification process and vetting of applications

Closely monitoring accuracy and alignment with processes

Contributing to the programs handbooks/process logs

Maintaining knowledge of the status of each mentoring process at all times, including through extensive use of an online database and Excel

- Collaborate across functions to manage the overall quality, performance and reviews of the mentor pool

- Improving the current filtration and identification process and making constant improvements to make it more efficient

Ideal candidate

- Engineers/MBAs from consulting backgrounds with excellent communication skills

- High levels of flexibility, initiative, and self-motivation

- Affinity for conducting repetitive, on-going tasks

- Experience tracking and analyzing case progress

- Experience using Excel to manage data and analyze user information

- Experience implementing detail-oriented systems and processes

- An exceptionally high level of attention to detail and experience sorting through large volumes of information to ensure consistency and spot anomalies

- Strong writing, grammatical and proofreading skills in English

- Ability to work independently and pro-actively, to tight deadlines
