Job Description:

- Analytical approach towards improving campaign metrics

- Own key business metrics, support in-depth business reviews and present to senior executives

- Targeting sellers effectively to drive business metrics

- Optimise on CTRs, open rate and other conversion metrics

This role requires strong analytical skills coupled with project management and planning skills A candidate for the position must demonstrate a substantial knowledge in CRM segmentation, campaign management, direct marketing, offer management, data mining, interactive marketing, database marketing, and email marketing

Other than the above requisites, below are specific requirements from the role Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

- Filter and clean data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems

- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

- Responsible for retention campaigns, from conceptualization through to analysis

- This includes idea generation, proposal preparation, overseeing the production process and overseeing execution
