You are a people manager with a strong foundation in data collection, reporting, and analytics, and you have a strong proficiency with SQL, Excel, and Tableau You have some experience with Python and R, and a thorough understanding of the practical applications of machine learning Your goal is to develop and implement an infrastructure of technology and data that results in dynamic reporting and optimal decision-making Your ability to communicate with leaders across the Services business is critical to making your team successful

Position Overview

In this role, you will lead a team of analysts who collect, report, and analyze data to support the decision-making process within the Support and Services functions at Citrix, with a special emphasis on measuring the effectiveness of business process management Key stakeholders will include leaders from Support, Enablement, Supportability, and Self-Service Your team will focus on bringing together disparate sets of data into cohesive visualizations, automating standardized reporting, and conducting ad-hoc analysis

Responsibilities

Lead a program with data in mind, both in decision making and qualifying results
Manage team members with openness and inclusion
Develop analyses that lead to actionable insights
Spearhead the development of insight-driven tools dashboards
Proactively identify areas in which analytics efforts can add significant business value
Work with several large and complex databases
Drive process improvements to increase data accuracy, quality, and trust
Prepare and deliver presentations to Services leaders in support of team initiatives

Basic Qualifications

BA in computer science, statistics, economics, or other quantitative discipline with strong academic record
7 years of experience in a business intelligence, data science or engineering role
Ability to analyze large data sets to deliver clear, actionable insights
Strong proficiency with SQL, Excel, and Tableau required
Experience with Python, Java, OLAP technologies, RStudio, or C preferred
Proven track record of leadership, taking ownership and driving results
Experience managing and executing large projects from start to finish including project management, data gathering and modeling, problem solving and communicating recommendations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
