Exp 4-8 years in sales training ; preferably from FMCG/Healthcare Industry

Reporting To Chief Human Resource Officer

Individual Contributor role and the position collaborates with Business Head, field force and external stakeholders, as required

SUMMARY OF ROLE

Manager Training would be responsible for managing and conducting sales training program Responsibilities include broadly onboarding orientation, training needs assessment, filed force orientation, providing resource and assistance for training and development

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for arranging / managing / coordinating / conducting sales training program

- Conceptualize & design new learning initiatives for field force aligned to business goals

- Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through IDP

- Responsible for preparing the training material / content / agenda and maintaining proper training records & MIS reports

- Conduct induction training for all field employees, managerial development programs and workshops for field managers, refresher training programs (selling skills) for Field Sales Officer

- Develop, implement & monitor the post-training follow-up systems till confirmation of FSOs DSMs & lay down key matrices for tracking progress

- Determine training needs through various sources- joint field work; observe sales encounters; study sales results reports; confer with Business Head
