Requirements Proven 8 10 years of work experience in Sales Operations or Sales Audit roles

Must have experience in working with Telesales or Outbound Sales teams

Track record in designing and executing successful training programs

Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, simulations etc)

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

Key Responsibilities Establish Daily/Weekly/Monthly audit process for various sales/LOB
Identify process gaps and work with sales leaders to create resolution strategies
Define and develop the Sales Support team to deliver high level of audit process adherance
Determines telesales quality standards by studying inbound and outbound calls and customer service presentations; conducting test calls to telesales service representatives on new products
Directs quality initiatives by requiring adherence to quality assurance policies and procedures; developing new models; implementing changes
Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
Facilitate and maintain internal reporting cadence for training and quality functions
Drive ongoing performance improvements
Responsible to ensure closed loop feedback process between Training and Quality
Support management focus on review of key drivers, metrics and operational processes that drive balanced scorecard and account profitability goals
Support transition and implementation of new projects, as required
